Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an employee is terminated through manager self-service with the leaving reason code 'Retired', the employee is still getting set to 'EX_EMP' instead of 'RETIREE' as their person type.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Person Type "Retiree" to be generated when employees are terminated with leaving reason "R".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Manager Self-Service > Termination
2. Select the Actions icon for the employee in question.
3. Select the Termination action and enter the necessary details including Leaving Reason specific to retirement.
4. See that the generated Person Type is Ex-employee NOT Retiree.
