WebADI: Hidden Fields Show As Empty Rows In Template in the Instance Upgraded to 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2782210.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
WebADI: Web Applications Desktop Integrator

When attempting to hide a field within a template layout the template is created with an empty row where the hidden field would be as defined per the layout.

For example - hiding Source on the General Ledger - Journals integrator and Functional Actuals - Single layout, an empty row is shown in the place where Source would be.
What should happen is that the hidden field is not displayed and the rows below it are moved up one row thereby not having a blank row in the template.

(N) Desktop Integration Responsibility > Define Layout
Select Integrator = General Ledger - Journals
Select Layout = Functional Actuals - Single and then click (B) Duplicate
Once named, select the new layout and click (B) Update.
Set Source Default Value = Spreadsheet and Default Type = Constant
On next screen, click Read Only and Hide for Source

Creating a template from the above layout shows a blank row where the Source field would normally be present in the template.

Upgrade to 12.2.9
