Invalid Package OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL After Upgrading to EBS 12.2.8 (Doc ID 2782344.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Install / Upgrade

After upgrading from 12.2.4 to 12.2.8. OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL package become invalid.

the following error occurs.

PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "SHIP_FROM_ORG_ID": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "SHIP_FROM_ORG_ID": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "SHIP_FROM_ORG_ID": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
PLS-00364: loop index variable 'REC' use is invalid
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
PLS-00364: loop index variable 'REC' use is invalid
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade EBS instance from 12.2.4 to 12.2.8
2. See invalid object OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL
