STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Oracle Applications with Purchasing Responsibility.
2. Create a Requisition and submit it for Approval.
3. Login into the Application with Approver's Login.
4. Open the Approval Notification from the Worklist.
5. Error is encountered.
