On : 12.2.9 version, Modifiers Setup only
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Value From Meaning field is NULL in upgraded instance
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the field to be populated like in other instances (12.1.3 and 12.2.3)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Pricing responsibility
2. Navigation: Modifier > Modifier Setup > Query > Click on List Qualifiers at header Level
3. See issue
