Error: The Workorder Cannot Be Updated In Status Complete (Doc ID 2782797.1)

When trying to close the CMRO Workorder, getting the following error

The workorder cannot be updated in status Complete

1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Complex maintenance repair and overhaul ->
3. Navigate to Execution -> Production Planning -> Query for the workorder and select the same to update
4. Try to change the status of the workorder to 'Closed' and save. Get the above mentioned error.
