Refund Attribute 'CUSTOMER ADDRESS' Is Not Showing The "Location" In The LOV (Doc ID 2782858.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When users try to apply a Refund to a receipt, the list of value for the Customer Address in the Refund Attributes screen does not display any value for Location and Site Use

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The List should display the values for these two columns in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
2. NAV: Receipts > Receipts
3. Query receipt
4. Click Apply
5. Enter Refund in the Apply to Field
6. Click on Refund Attributes button
7 Select LOV for the Customer Address
