Getting Null Pointer Exception When Attempting To Access Next Rows Of EIT Information Or When Refreshing The EIT Table Region In Self-service

Symptoms
When user attempts to view second page of information held on Extra Information Type (EIT) page OR when refreshing the EIT table region,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processFormRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:967)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanContainerHelper.processFormRequest(OAWebBeanContainerHelper.java:424)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.layout.OAStackLayoutBean.processFormRequest(OAStackLayoutBean.java:382)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Employee Self-Service or similar responsibility
2. Go to Extra Information >
3. For an Extra Information Type which has more than 10 rows created, click" Next 10" to display next rows
4. Above error occurs
OR
The same error can be encountered while selecting Refresh option from the three dots on the EIT table
when the "Page Button Bar: Navigation Bar", "Delete" and "Update" buttons are rendered off via OAF Personalization
