Symptoms

Unable to Post GL Batch in an environment with two ledgers, Primary and Secondary Ledgers, due to error.


ERROR:

On the journal entry form:
Error33-Unable to retrieve accounts from chart of accounts mapping

In the Debug LogFile for Posting:

PPOS0275: Unable to Retrieve Target CCID where the Source CCID is 5739322 and mapping name is <>



STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL Responsibility > Journals > Find
2. Query specific batch > Post
3. See the error on the form and in the Logfile
