Work Item Escalation is not Showing in the UWQ

When a work item has been escalated, the escalated flag is showing as null in the 'Strategy Work Items: Account' node of the UWQ under the 'Escalated?' column. If the work item is escalated, this value should show as 'Y' or 'Yes'
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collectors Work Queue
- Open the 'Strategy Work Items: Account' node, and view the 'Escalated?' field for an escalated work item. It shows as null
- The Strategy tab for the same work item, shows the item is escalated.
