Planned Shipment Interface is Failing With INVALID_DEL_TRIP_SHIPMETHOD EXCEPTION HAS OCCURED. (Doc ID 2783693.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Planned Shipment Interface, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Log file for WSHOTMRL: Planned Shipment Interface shows the error.


INVALID_DEL_TRIP_SHIPMETHOD exception has occured.

msg_buffer ==> Error in Routine WSH_XC_UTIL.LOG_OTM_EXCEPTION, Oracle Error - 100
ORA-01403: no data found

ERRBUF ==> Atleast one trip was not Interfaced




Steps to replicate issue:

1. Created sales order
2. Created batch and sent the details to OTM
3. Created shipment in otm and sent the details to EBS
4. Launched the planned shipment program in EBS
5. Error is shown in the log file
