ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item cost are not rolling up correctly for CTO (Configure to Order) items. The buy items are not rolling its cost correctly in the parent items even though they are cost enabled
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cost Rollup to include buy item costs
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Cost Management Responsibility
2. Go to Costs -- Item Costs
3. Query the CTO item and check the cost
