When attempting to update person/employee records,
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into application using HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to People form > Enter and Maintain function > Query the person/employee
3. Update any field like First Name or Date of Birth > Save
4. Getting above mentioned error
