R12.2.4

For one of the Withholding (AWT) rate codes, when try to disable it, the application is returning an error:

APP-SQLAP-10387: Invoice: ##, failed because: AWT Tax Range Invalid

Because of this issue, the specific tax code or the tax group that is using this tax code, cannot be used on invoices.
