Mobile Timecard Approvals Always Shows Timecards in Military (24hour) Time Format (Doc ID 2783960.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When timecards are submitted for approval and viewed in the Mobile Approvals Application they display military time.

The timecards are created in Self-Service with time format AM/PM.



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a timecard using Self-Service (web) Responsibility
2. Submit Timecard for approval
3. Login on mobile device to mobile approvals
4 Choose Timecard Approval
5. When trying to approve the time is incorrect format
