Is it Possible to Configure System So Blanket Release Approval Email Address Defaults From Backing Blanket Agreement ? (Doc ID 2784006.1)

Goal

When approving a Blanket Release with profile "PO: Default Communication method from Order document" = Yes,  the Email Address does not default from the PO_HEADERS_ALL.EMAIL_ADDRESS column from the backing Blanket Agreement.  

Why is this occurring for Blanket Releases and is it possible to configure Purchasing to default the Blanket Release Email Address with the Email used from the backing Blanket Agreement ?   

Right now the only way to default an email address on the approval of the blanket release is to set the communication method on the supplier site to email and set email address there at the supplier site.
