Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Schedules arrival date is changed to sysdate for Internal Sales Orders created from a parts requirement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Schedule Arrival Date to be the need by date from the parts requirement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Service Request
2. Create Task from template
3. Set scheduled date to 16th of june and click on parts requirement button
4. Create parts requirement and click Save
5. After creating internal order the expected arrival date switched to sysdate
6. We expect it to be the need by date of the 16th of June from the parts requirement
