Mobile Issue Menu Displays The Required Quantity From The Job In The Quantity

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
In 12.2.10 version of the MSCA Issue Transaction form, the required quantity are shown which matches the value
in the Material Requirements form. This value was not available in version 12.1.3.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The required quantity should not be visible like in 12.1.3.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Work in process.
2. (N) Discrete > View Discrete Jobs
3. Query job and review the material requirements form for the component.
4. Check in MSCA Issue Transaction form.
5. The value of the required quantity is reflected in MSCA Qty field.
