Symptoms

When launching the INVISDRI form:

ERROR

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Inventory responsibility -> Items > Item Relationships
Get the above mentioned error.
