On : 12.2.6 version, Jserv, JDK, JVM, JRE
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For ebusiness user, during forms launch, xxx.jnlp file download was prompted
twice .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
jnlp file should be downloaded once
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS url , give credentials for user
2. Click any form based application like Application Developer> Concurrent >Program>
3. jnlp download starts for forms launch
