Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TDS is not defaulting on the invoice when invoice is breaching exception threshold and reaching normal threshold due to below error:-

ORA-01001: invalid cursor.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
TDS should default on the invoice breaching exception threshold setup and reaching normal threshold

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------
1. Create 1st Invoice with amount coming in exception threshold slab
2. Create 2nd Invoice which breach the threshold and reach normal threshold.
