Symptoms
Created a RMA post upgrade for which record got stuck in receivables interface & Credit Memo is not generated.
ERROR

Executed script as per Doc ID 2417078.1, it failed with following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creation and shipping was completed for Sale Order(SO) in 12.1.3.
2.Trying to create RMA in 12.2.9.
3. execute the Datafix specified in Note ID (Doc ID 2417078.1)
4.Script is failing with error.
