While Trying to access India Tax Details form from AR Receipt Workbench

ERROR
-----------------------
"FRM-40700.No Such Trigger :SPECIAL1_LOC"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open AR(Account Receivables) Workbench
2. Provide all the necessary details ,Save the same
3. Navigate to Tools > India Tax Detail
4. Error "FRM-40700.No Such Trigger :SPECIAL1_LOC" shown in the taskbar
