Inventory Aging Report Displays Invalid Characters For Item Description In Arabic Language (Doc ID 2785054.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Inventory Transactions

When running standard report (Inventory Aging Report xml), in Arabic language strange characters are shown.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Arabic language session > Inventory > Reports > Run report > Inventory Aging Report > Review output
 
See strange dots/ invalid characters like in below example -

- Description in Items form (ت.ساريو 250 جم 93*66)
- Description in Aging Report (طھ.ط³ط§ط±ظٹظˆ 250 ط¬ظ… 93*66)  -- Incorrect
