'Validation failed for the field - Salesperson' Error When Tryin to Book Repair Actuals lines (Doc ID 2785057.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Logistics Management

When attempting to book the actual lines for repair orders, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Validation failed for the field -salesperson
and then
CS_DB_ERROR
(PROG_NAME=Cs_Charge_Create_Order_PVT.Update_Errors)
(SQLCODE=-60)(SQLERRM=ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exceptions)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Repair Order form.
2. Go to Actuals.
3. Select line then click Book selected button.
