Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
When attempting to View All Data on the case folder, the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- Could not create web bean, could not find item metadata Item Name: (Fndspacer22): (ARCMANALYSYSCRDSUMLOWERCNTRL)"
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Navigate to Credit management Super user responsibility > go to Analysis tab and query a case folder. 2. Click on View all Data, error occurs.
