How To See UDA At Supplier Address Book Or From Any Other Page In Prospective Supplier Registration (Doc ID 2785198.1)

Goal

Enable UDA at Supplier Address Book. Additional Attributes are showing in Supplier page. But when  registering Prospective Supplier, additional attributes from UDA are not shown in the address section.

Navigation:

1. Go to Supplier Management Administrator responsibility
2. Go to Administration tab > Associations > Attribute Pages
3. Create page
4. Add to Attribute Groups
5. Go to Register New Supplier or use the Prospective Supplier Registration link
    UDA is not shown
