Unable to see Activity properties created from Maintenance workbench
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show all activity properties from Activity form
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp : Enterprise Asset Management
1.Maintenance Work bench --> Create Activity --> Provide Details Activity Type, Activity Cause and Activity Source and Save the Activity.
2. Verify the same activity in Activity form, System is not showing these Activitiy details (Activity Type, Activity Cause and Activity Source)

Due to this issue, users cannot use those activities against Assets
