Error observed when trying to perform an adjustment for an asset.
Issue is observed for all assets pertaining to country Czech Republic.

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: Could not find program unit being called.

Steps for replication
---------------------
1. (N) - Fixed Assets - Assets 
     Try to make an adjustment for any asset by providing the 
     Current cost and Original cost an error is observed. 

Expected Behavior
---------------------
Expectation is such that the adjustment should be allowed to complete without any errors.
