Symptoms
When attempting to access the US address form for a single employee which has County name as Mc Minn instead of the updated value McMinn,
the following error occurs.

APP-PER-51279: Invalid combination of city, county and state
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: US HRMS Manager
2. Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain
3. Click Address
