Symptoms

In the Receivables Command Center on the Outstanding Receivables Tab, if you drill down on a Transaction Number, the following error appears:

"User is not authenticated to access /ecc/ebs/formsCaller"


Steps to reproduce:
Receivables Manager responsibility
  1. Click on Command Center Menu
  2. Outstanding Receivables Tab opens
  3. Click on a Transaction Number
  4. Error received - User is not authenticated to access /ecc/ebs/formsCaller
