The concurrent process PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events is not completing.

The diagnostic shows - "This request did not finish processing due to an unrecoverable error, and the concurrent manager that was running this request is no longer active.
The Internal Concurrent Manager will mark this request as having completed with an error. Please refer to the concurrent manager or the Internal Concurrent Manager log files for the cause of the error."

Goal

Cancel the process without any data corruption.
