Changes Made To The Service Additional Information DFF Is Not Reflected In History Tab (Doc ID 2785501.1)

Symptoms

When changes are made to the Descriptive Flexfield values in the HTML Update Service Request page, the changes are logged in the audit tables, however in the History tab the audit displays that the value was changed from No Value to No Value.


Steps
(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Home > Agent Dashboard
Query SR
Update the DFF
Click on the History tab

The value is changed from No Value to No Value.
