The following error occurred in Bank Statement Import (ARPLABIM).

ORACLE error 54 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
ORA-06512: at "APPS.XTR_COF_P", line 961
