Command Center Not Found Under Logistics Manager Responsibility For The User (Doc ID 2785586.1)

Symptoms

1. Tried to use the UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh script to set up role based access control (RBAC) for as per (Doc ID 2668033.1) 

2. The script completes successfully.

3. Navigate to Logistics Manager > Command Center > But did not find the menu options created as per the roles assigned

Changes

1. Ran UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh script to set up role based access control (RBAC) as per 8.2 Setting Up RBAC for Enterprise Command Centers Manually  (Doc ID 2668033.1)
