Work Order Search Having Performance Issue or Throwing Error Failure of Web Server bridge (Doc ID 2785624.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

When attempting to search for a work order in HTML pages, the following error occurs.

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [Responsibility] Maintenance Super User
2. Select organization and press Go
3. Select Work Order tab
4. Search for work order name
5. observe error
