IProcurement Error "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active" When Changing Delivery-to-location Via Search Window

Symptoms
When attempting to change Deliver To Location via Checkout (View Cart and Checkout page) this error occurs while trying to select a new deliver to location via the Pop Up search page that opens after entering partial value with wild card and searching.
You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
-The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Close Window to proceeed.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create shopping cart
2) Click on View Cart and Checkout
3) In "Where do they need to be delivered?" field default location is there
4) Click on Search icon
5) Enter in (Location) Search by field value N25% and see multiple records displayed and click Go and error occurs

Selecting the Deliver to Location using this method - results in the error.

WORKAROUND: When navigating to the field/page item ----> "Where do they need to be delivered?" if the user enters a partial value and waits for the autofill to show the value
and then selects the value - this error does not occur
In the above screen print - it shows the workaround. This selection option works - but searching and then selecting gives the error.
