CREATEPO PO Show Incorrect Last Updated By Last PR Approver Instead Of PO Buyer (Doc ID 2785739.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using createpo workflow for autocreating PR to PO, find PO header 'updated by' & PO line level 'created by' / 'updated by' shows last approver of PR
PO header 'created by' shows PO buyer
However PR last approver does NOT have the access to PO, thus PR last approver should not display on PO header / line as 'created by' & 'updated by'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Using createpo workflow for autocreating PR to PO, PR last approver should NOT display as 'create by' & 'updated by' on PO header / line, it should be PO buyer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create PR with last approver
and PR last approver does NOT have access on PO.
2. using createpo workflow for autocreating PR to PO > PO is automatically approved.
3. check PO header / line level
PO header 'create by' as buyer  --correct
PO header 'updated by' as PR last approver --incorrect

PO line 'created by' as PR last approver  --incorrect
PO line 'updated by' as PR last approver  --incorrect
4. if using autocreate PO form , no issue, both PO header and line created by / updated by shows as buyer.
5. issue only shows for using createpo for autocreating scenario.
