Symptoms

After R12.2.9 upgrade, "Purge Inactive Sessions" program fails when submitting by CONCSUB command.

The following error message is logged in the concurrent log file.

ORA-06550: line 17, column 23:
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "/" when expecting one of the following:

<a double-quoted delimited-identifier> <a bind variable>

Steps
1. Submit "Purge Inactive Sessions" using CONSUB command



Changes

 Upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to EBS 12.2.9.
