Symptoms

When attempting to amend a lease to early terminate it, the following error occurs in the Schedules and Items run:

ERROR in the schedules and Items concurrent request log file

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manager > Leases > Amend a lease to be terminated.
2. Schedules and Items (S&I) is kicked off.
3. S&I fails with the above error
