After Patch Price List Not Populated When Service Request Is Created (Doc ID 2786313.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying Patch.32706999:R12.CS.C price list does not populate on charge line

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect price list to be populated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Customer Management >HTML Contact Center >Service Requests infotile
4.Create Service Request >Enter the Task > Enter the Debrief Lines > Auto Generate the Charges > Complete the Task > Submit the charges.

or

 Depot Repair Manager > Create Service Order > Enter Account Number and line details > click on Process button.
