GLXOCPER: In The Open Periods Form All Defined Periods Are Not Displayed (Doc ID 2786397.1)

The user has defined periods 4 years in the future and would like to know why all the periods are not getting populated in The Open Period Form?

1) Login as a General Ledger Responsibility
2) Navigate to Setup -> Open/Close
3) Find Periods for the Ledger, Status = Any.
4) Periods returned to the form only display to the latest Future Enterable period and not all defined periods of the calendar.
