Symptoms

 The Spanish Inter-EU Invoices Journal Report (JEESRVAR) displays "No Data Found" after upgrading to release 11.5.9.

The version 115.20 of the report, released in Family Pack 11i.FIN_PF.E, also has the same problem.

Changes

 Upgrade to the release 11.5.9.
