On : 12.2.3 version, Disbursements
Find that when booking a lease contract, the following error is seen:
ERROR

Program Error : cannot find a Transaction record for the Installed base Line & FA_LINE_ID.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Lease Super User
2. Book the contract
