After deleting a line on Shopping Cart, validation is performed on the deleted line also on the Shopping Cart

On : 12.2.9 version, iProcurement - Shopping Cart
While creating purchase requisition, on Shopping Cart, when attempted to delete any line with any validation issue. For eg., charge account validation issue, then charge account error is displayed for that deleted line. It is expected that there should not be any validation on the line deleted.
There should not be any validation on the line that has to be deleted.
Any error as per failed validation error for the deleted line. Eg., "Account generation failed"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition with multiple lines
2. Delete one line which is added with any validation error. (invalid line)
3. Throws error message for the deleted line as per the failed validation.
