ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When attempting to create new price breaks for the usage line from the Service Contract, the newly created
list line is not displayed after the contract is again opened after some time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the new price break created to be displayed when contract is opened again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Contracts (R)
2) Open the Usage contract for update
3) From the Usage Line click on the Price breaks
4) In the window that opens select on update and update the price breaks and save
5) Open the contract again, the price breaks not visible
