Supply Chain cost roll up does not consider the Cost in Buy Cost type in source org

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cost roll up to consider the Buy Cost type in source org

STEPS
---------
Navigate to Oracle Cost Management Responsibility
Go to Item Cost -- Supply Chain Cost Roll Up
Choose the Buy Cost Type for a Cost Type where Cost is defined
Review the Supply Chain Cost Roll Up Output
