[CodeFix] Closed Work Order with Entity Type Maintenance Job Throws Error when Trying to UnClose (Doc ID 2787878.1)

Symptoms

When attempting unclose a closed work order, one of the following errors can occur

Cannot update work order. 1. The entity with header id generated the following error/errors:
Cannot update the workorder in status 12.
One or more selected work orders can not be unclosed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Navigation: Work Orders -> Close Work Orders.
3. Select Unclose Work Orders from Tools menu.
4. Unable to unclose work order and observe error
