ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Generate Report shows special / junk characters for Supplier Name when foreign languages are used like Thai and Chinese
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Generate Report should show supplier name correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Management Administrator> Suppliers > Entry.
2. Query the supplier
3. Click on Organization
4. Now Click on Generate Report
5. Check output
6. Supplier name shows special character
