On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Paying an employee deceased earnings using the tax category Deceased Employee Wages with pretax deductions. FIT and SIT (New York) tax withholding rules are set to blank. Federal balances show correctly with Gross, Exempt, and PreTax deductions. SIT only shows Gross and Exempt. No pretax

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All FIT and SIT balances to be the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

US Super HRMS Manager responsibility


1. Created an earnings with Deceased Employee Wages tax category
2. Confirmed Tax Withholding Rules the FIT and New York SIT boxes are blank
3. Paid the employee this earnings along with pretax deductions
4. See Federal balances show Gross, Exempt, and PreTax
5. See State (New York) only show Gross and Exempt
